We are seeking an experienced Salary Administration Coordinator to join our team at Translation Empire. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Timekeeping and Attendance: Collecting daily, weekly and monthly timesheets from employees, accurately capturing their working hours.
  2. Compensation Calculation: Preparing employees' compensation using payroll software, taking into account various allowances and bonuses.
  3. Reporting and Compliance: Generating comprehensive reports on payroll expenses, compensation, benefits, insurance deductions, and taxes, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Data Entry and Maintenance: Entering new employee data into company databases, updating existing information as necessary.
  5. Payment Processing: Handling pay checks or scheduling bank payments for employees, ensuring timely disbursements.
  6. System Management: Coordinating and maintaining the payroll management system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  7. Security and Backup: Overseeing the security of data, network access, and backup systems, ensuring business continuity.
  8. Attendance Record: Maintaining accurate attendance records, monitoring employee attendance patterns.
  9. Monthly Payroll Inputs: Preparing accurate monthly payroll inputs, including joining, leaving, moving, changing allowance, one-off payment, and deduction information.
  10. Employee Lifecycle Records: Maintaining accurate employee lifecycle records in both hard and soft form, adhering to company policy.
  11. Clearances and Settlements: Facilitating timely clearances and final settlements for departing employees, resolving any disputes or issues.
  12. Payroll Calculations: Conducting accurate payroll calculations, considering hours worked, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
  13. Reports and Summaries: Preparing detailed payroll reports and summaries for management, ensuring adequate documentation for audits.
