Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Customer Service Representative to handle sales and support calls for our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries via calls and text messages with confidence and professionalism.
  • Provide accurate service details, quotes, and assist with appointment bookings in a timely manner.
  • Understand vehicle types to determine pricing based on car size, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools to log, track, and manage leads and customer interactions efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand professionally and reliably during all customer interactions, building trust and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or phone-based sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.
  • A basic understanding of car types (sedans, SUVs, trucks, etc.) and how they impact pricing, allowing for informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar), streamlining workflow and productivity.
  • Highly dependable and responsive, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
