- Develop relationships with clients to identify growth opportunities within their business.
- Understand pain points and align them with Motive's solution.
- Demonstrate software to fleet managers or larger customers.
- Collaborate with account teams to support and grow customers.
- Resolve problems and implement best available solutions.
- Meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong ownership attitude and leadership experience.
- Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
