About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support business development initiatives across our target industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Planning
  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with our business goals.
  2. Define KPIs for marketing initiatives spanning brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
  3. Conduct market research to identify opportunities within the retail, trading, and manufacturing verticals.
  • Creative Marketing
  1. Lead the development of brand narratives, visual identity, and messaging frameworks.
  2. Oversee the production of content including case studies, thought leadership articles, white papers, videos, and presentations.
  3. Manage our website, blog, and social media channels to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Performance Marketing
  1. Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta with a focus on lead acquisition and conversion.
  2. Utilize SEO/SEM, retargeting, and CRM integration to improve funnel performance.
  3. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  1. Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, business development) to align marketing efforts with client acquisition goals.
  2. Manage external vendors including creative agencies, freelancers, and digital partners.
  • Event & Partnership Marketing
  1. Organize and promote webinars, roundtables, and industry events that position us as a thought leader.
  2. Build relationships with relevant associations and media platforms for co-branded opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or professional services firms.
  • Strong understanding of both brand/creative marketing and digital performance marketing.
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CMS systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
