Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and professional networking.

You will proactively generate leads and manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential business needs, understanding client requirements and offering customized solutions aligned with their objectives.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of projects, accurately maintaining sales reports, pipelines, and CRM records to track performance and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through Global market research and professional networking.
  • Proactively generate leads and manage both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential business needs.

  • Accurately maintain sales reports, pipelines, and CRM records to track performance and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in Global Market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and deal closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
