We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the Fleet Tracking and Telematics sector. This is a field-focused role ideal for someone with hands-on sales experience, strong industry networking, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Field Sales Focus: Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients through physical outreach, networking, and participation in relevant industry events.
- Client Acquisition: Utilize your network and market knowledge to generate qualified leads and onboard new customers.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic selling and lead conversion.
- Collaboration: Partner with technical and product teams to deliver customized telematics solutions tailored to client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activity and market developments to spot new business opportunities.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- (MBA is not required – practical field experience is prioritized.)
- Experience: 3–5 years of field sales experience in fleet tracking, telematics, IoT, or related industries.
- Network: Established connections in the local fleet management and telematics space with the ability to generate and convert leads.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and meeting targets.
- Field-Oriented: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
