Job Title: Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Product Owner to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering high-quality products, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project clarification, requirement gathering, and availability management.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and document them into user stories.
  • Extract granular, track-able requirement pieces that can be closed within an iteration.
  • Supervise defect reporting and fixing.
  • Update requirement completion progress in the tracking system.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders to define product goals, product roadmap, and release plans.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage and own the product backlog and assist with sprint backlogs.
  • Provide a healthy feature/project delivery forecast by involving the team to get an estimation of the backlog.
  • Ensure a well-groomed product backlog for at least two months in advance.
  • Enter requirements into a tracking system (JIRA, TFS, etc.).
  • Supervise support ticket reporting and handling.
  • Ensure client responsiveness within 24 hours.
  • Represent the client in Scrum team meetings.
  • Ensure quality of 'Definition of Done' according to client's requirements and organizational standards.
  • Have an excellent grasp of Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
