We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and bid on relevant projects, creating tailored proposals that meet client requirements.
- Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand project requirements and delivery timelines.
- Proven experience as a BDM or Upwork Bidder with at least 2-3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and proposal writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple bids and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital marketing (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
