The role of Assistant Manager - Business Intelligence and Insights plays a pivotal part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations, develop reporting dashboards, and support digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage interactive data visualizations and advanced analytical models to inform key decisions.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that influence strategic business strategies.
  • Collaborate with digital, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
  • Design and maintain reports that track business performance, customer behavior, and digital metrics.
  • Proactively monitor data integrity and ensure accuracy across all systems and reports.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address business challenges and propose actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
  • 2 years of experience working with Power BI or Tableau.
  • 1 year of experience in the digital industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and M Query.
  • Proficiency in SQL for interacting with databases and extracting data.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
