
Sales and Business Development Specialist

The Sales and Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, cultivating new business opportunities, and efficiently managing leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Identify and cultivate potential customers by researching and qualifying potential clients through regular communication and outreach efforts.
- Contact and qualify potential customers by assessing their needs through regular interaction and relationship building.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads by utilizing CRM software to manage sales activities, including lead tracking and customer relationship management.
- Monitor and report progress towards meeting sales goals by regularly tracking progress and providing detailed reports to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective strategies for reaching targets and achieving company sales goals.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, and effective time management and organizational skills.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- CRM proficiency: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship building: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
