Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project and Compliance Manager to oversee the financial aspects of projects and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent budgeting, risk management, and reporting skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and financial reports to ensure seamless execution and compliance.

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal control standards, conducting regular risk assessments and recommending process improvements as needed.

  • Develop and implement effective audit-ready documentation and coordination with external auditors to maintain high levels of transparency and accountability.

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial and compliance reports, providing stakeholders with critical insights into project performance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management and compliance.

  • ACCA qualification with significant experience in compliance, internal controls, and project financials.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
