We are seeking a highly skilled travel professional to fill a key role within our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work efficiently under pressure, and have a thorough understanding of industry-standard software.

  • Must be punctual and demonstrate a positive attitude
  • Able to receive direction on assigned tasks and request clarification when necessary
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with or without supervision
  • Adaptable and flexible within a wide variety of tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, booking flights and hotels, constructing fares, and creating holiday packages. A competitive salary package is offered including opportunities to earn commission.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in the travel industry
  • Thorough knowledge of GDS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
