Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a
Travel Consultant
based in Karachi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of their travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and holiday packages. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations accurately and efficiently, and ensuring a hassle-free travel experience for every client. In addition, the consultant will provide expert advice on travel options, respond to client inquiries, and ensure that all bookings are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of travel arrangements, reservations, and itinerary planning (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) or willingness to learn booking systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle last-minute changes.
  • Knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and airline policies is a plus.
