Job Title: Travel Services Representative

Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional customer service and sales skills to sell travel services and assist customers with their journey planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure the highest standard of service quality is achieved for all interactions.
  • Issue travel tickets, ensuring airline rules and regulations are followed, and provide customers with relevant information on their journey.
  • Enhance revenue earnings by offering options to customers on products and services such as Skywards membership and hotel bookings.
  • Stay up-to-date with Emirates Group news and updates to maintain professional standards.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is filed, timetables updated, and promotional materials displayed on individual counters.
  • Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader in closing end-of-day sales and banking monies received.
  • Assist Travel Agents with making bookings and advising them on quoting special fares and completing ticketing formalities.
