Workflow Optimization Specialist

Job Description:
  • Design and Implement Workflows: Enhance operational efficiency by designing and implementing workflows that streamline tasks, reduce bottlenecks, and improve productivity.
  • Coordinate Project Schedules: Ensure timely task completion by coordinating project schedules and setting realistic deadlines.
  • Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and minimize misunderstandings.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Monitor Project Progress: Monitor project progress and address any workflow disruptions to maintain project momentum.
  • Assist in Resource Planning: Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project demands and maximize resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in workflow coordination within the construction industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or Asana/Trello.
  • Work Schedule: Comfortable working remotely and adapting to US time zones.
