Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

The role of a Customer Support Specialist is to deliver exceptional customer experiences by acting as a liaison between customers and clients, assisting with inquiries, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and other queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to their inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and/or services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • O Levels/Matric or above.
  • Age: 18-45.
  • Excellent English command with good American or neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivation, assertiveness, and responsiveness.
  • Core i5 (latest generation) with 8GB or 16GB of RAM.
