Job Title: Experienced Leader for Software Development Teams

A seasoned manager is required to spearhead software development teams in a complex manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs, as well as exposure to the Oracle eBusiness suite of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead software development teams in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Develop web services, packages, procedures, and applications/modules
  • Create processes and standards pertaining to software development
  • Oversee software development projects from business requirements to completion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in a complex manufacturing environment
  • 4 or more years of experience managing software development teams
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of SDLC concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, Open Interfaces, and APIs
