Software Development Director Position

A seasoned Software Development leader is required to oversee the entire development process from start to finish, guaranteeing a seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement the Software Development Life Cycle with precision and expertise.
  2. Manage teams and projects effectively, utilizing 3-5 years of experience in Team & Project Management.
  3. Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Technologies and apply hands-on knowledge to drive project success.
  4. Elevate project completion rates by meeting deadlines and adhering to established parameters.
  5. Compose comprehensive Project Statements of Work (SOW) and share them with the team for seamless collaboration.
  6. Ensure timely receipt of code manual updates.
  7. Develop and deliver software web products and projects through effective team or individual efforts.
  8. Write efficient source code that meets industry standards.
  9. Evaluate and manage team performance, fostering a culture of excellence.
  10. Provide regular reports to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  11. Maintain occasional travel to client premises as required.
