Denim Business Senior Customer Relations Manager

Senior Customer Relations Manager required to lead customer interactions and drive sales growth for our denim garment business. The ideal candidate will foster strong relationships with international buyers, ensuring seamless communication and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end customer orders, including confirmations, approvals, production follow-ups, and shipment updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and buyer satisfaction to continually improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and contracts to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Textile, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in customer management, order handling, or merchandising within the Garment/Denim industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines and provide leadership support to a small team.
