Research Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Research Director to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a research strategy that supports our mission.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and education, with experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative studies. They will also have excellent writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with researchers and practitioners.

The Research Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of research projects, including design, implementation, analysis, and project development. They will also be responsible for disseminating research findings through publications and presentations.

In addition to their research expertise, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in education or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in research and education
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with researchers and practitioners
