Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This work-from-home position is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing schedules for clients and employees, ensuring all shifts are covered at least one week in advance, and updating vacation requests, call-offs, and client-requested changes. You will also ensure the scheduling portal is consistently up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary contact for clients and employees, delivering superior customer service.
  2. Assign clients to appropriate employees and efficiently manage schedules.
  3. Maintain an up-to-date list of on-call and backup staff to secure last-minute coverage.
  4. Communicate schedule updates and changes to employees clearly and promptly.
  5. Inform managers and clients of any schedule or staffing adjustments.
  6. Ensure all scheduled shifts are adequately staffed and completed, maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Available to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (Evening and Night Shifts)
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  6. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  7. Pleasant and professional demeanor.
