Job Title:

Sales Department Head - Rawalpindi to Peshawar

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and formalize the sales channel structure from Rawalpindi to Peshawar, ensuring comprehensive coverage of towns.
  • Lead the Sales Department in this region, driving market growth and penetration of company products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers through effective public relations.
  • Manage and oversee a team of Sales Officers (S.Os) and Sales Representatives (S.Rs).
  • Establish and maintain successful partnerships with distributors.
Requirements:
  1. Proven leadership skills, with experience in motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
  2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting principles.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
  4. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the FMCG sector, with a track record of success in similar markets.
  5. Familiarity with the Insecticide Industry is highly desirable.
