Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Injection Molding Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure production targets are met, and drive continuous improvement in our plastic molding services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of production process optimization, and quality control expertise.

  • Experience in injection molding operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance is required.
  • Supervisory and team management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is necessary.

Additional qualifications include strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and experience working on-site in Karachi.

This is a full-time role that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
