Job Overview

This role focuses on optimizing production scheduling based on sales forecasts and communicating plans to production, sales, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize operations according to customer demand/orders.
  • Determine equipment and packaging materials needed for production.
  • Coordinate production workflows for multiple machines.
  • Monitor job progress and address issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Develop production schedules and prioritize job-orders for optimization.
  • Obtain output information and prepare performance reports.
  • Fulfill delivery commitments by coordinating with the production team.
Reporting & SAP:
  • Complete status reports for production progress.
  • Update relevant material master, production plan, and planning sheets.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Plan effectively to reduce waste and optimize processes.
  • Implement continual improvement techniques to increase efficiency and lower costs.
