Job Title: Senior Systems Administration Specialist

About the Position

As a Senior Systems Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and supporting our Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications used by customers and internal teams. You will work with integrations as we expand our suite of applications.

You will join a dynamic team of experienced Salesforce Administrators and Developers, collaborating to design solutions for users and make technical decisions impacting Motive's growth and global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time support for Salesforce and integrated platform issues; troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve problems on the Service Desk.
  • Administer and support Salesforce.com, including user management, data import/update, bug investigations, and enhancements.
  • Manage end-user profile configurations, reporting, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for the Enterprise Systems Tech-Stack.
  • Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests, implementing changes and/or escalating to the change advisory board when necessary.
  • Manage workload and projects, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create and update documentation for different audiences within the team.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in user-facing technical support, application support, or Service Desk roles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using and providing first-line support for Salesforce, focusing on assisting end-users with daily tasks and issues.
  • Salesforce Associate Certification required.
  • Familiarity with standard user functions of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve user-reported application problems.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a ticket queue, set priorities, and handle multiple requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical background with a general understanding of business systems necessary.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience assisting users with related systems like NetSuite or Zuora a plus.
