About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales and support team as an Xfinity Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and educating customers on available Xfinity products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding various Xfinity services, including billing inquiries, service issues, and general support requests.
  • Assist customers in resolving billing discrepancies, processing payments, and providing information on billing statements and account charges.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet, TV, and phone services, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our database system.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Xfinity sales campaigns is essential.
  • Extensive experience in inbound sales, billing, or call center environments is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Xfinity services and products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability for night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM).
