Job Title: Business Growth Strategist
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to drive business expansion and development through effective planning, stakeholder management, and project leadership. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, facilitate communication, and derive data-driven insights for informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage key terminal business accounts and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Oil Marketing, LPG, and Terminal Business, including contract drafting and negotiation.
- Business Activities: Coordinate market research, competitive analysis, and key account management to drive business growth.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee transportation company operations, including logistics, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Export and Import Operations: Coordinate export and import operations for petroleum products to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
- Commercial Strategies: Assist in bulk purchasing, selling, and product pricing strategies.
- Process Implementation: Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for LPG Sales and Logistics Operations.
- Reporting and Updates: Provide regular commercial and LPG business reports and performance updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: B.E (Chemical / Petroleum) with an MBA considered a plus.
Skills: Terminal Storage, LPG Transportation Operations, Market Research, MS Office, Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication, Channel Management, Data Analysis and Reporting, Teamwork, Planning and Coordination.
