About the Automation Engineer Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative individual to join our team as an Automation Engineer. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a keen interest in automation and data analysis.

As an Automation Engineer, you will work closely with clients to design, build, and implement automation workflows that streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Development: Develop and maintain automation workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or Python.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and design automation solutions that meet their specifications.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to ensure automations deliver measurable value and meet client expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance checks on automations, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and consistency in data flow and functionality.
  • Documentation: Document workflows, processes, and key metrics to maintain quality standards and aid in future optimizations.
  • Issue Resolution: Prioritize attention to detail and continuously monitor automation systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or Python programming (6 months of experience or demonstrated projects preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
