This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Manager, where you will play a key role in driving organizational success.
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of administrative operations, including managing personnel, developing policies, and overseeing office activities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing administrative tasks and personnel.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency and job satisfaction.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activities to maintain optimal supplies and materials.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost monitoring to inform financial decisions.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and trades-persons to ensure operational excellence.
- Organize and supervise various office activities, including recycling, renovations, and event planning.
- Maintain awareness of organizational changes and business developments to stay ahead of the curve.
