About the Role

We are looking for a diligent and resourceful Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Ensure timely collection and forwarding of students' data for registration purposes.
  • Fund Management: Prepare accurate invoices for external bills and supervisors' bills on SAP.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty members to develop and manage course offerings and module appraisals on SAP.
  • Event Management: Coordinate events and meetings using SAP and Unitime systems.
  • Student Services: Facilitate student module booking and assist with final appraisal and module results on SAP.
  • Administration Support: Provide general administrative support to the Assistant Manager Academics and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Support Functions: Offer assistance with PhD & M. Phil Viva Voce Examinations, student application processing, and SAP-related queries.
  • Assessment Support: Aid the Admissions Department in conducting admission tests and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Dean/Director.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using SAP software for financial management, course management, and event planning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, students, and faculty members.
