Enterprise Identity Solutions Architect

As a seasoned Enterprise Identity Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge identity and access management solutions. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our current and future enterprise identity infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing IAM systems using vendor products;
- Implementing and maintaining secure and compliant enterprise IAM services;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve colleague experience;
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of authentication concepts and implementation details;
- Extensive hands-on experience in enterprise/corporate Identity and Access Management systems;
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cloud IAM systems like AWS Directory Service;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members;
