  • Deal Closure and Negotiation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate partnership deals that align with company goals.
  • Partnership Management and Execution: Work closely with local and HQ teams to implement and scale partnerships that directly impact our growth.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in the ride-hailing or tech industry.
Proven track record of lead generation, deal closure, and partnership management.
Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building skills and stakeholder management.
