Partnerships Director

The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for leading Waseela's partnerships strategy across national and regional levels. This involves managing existing partners, planning partnerships for expansion, and mobilizing resources to support the field partnership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with national and regional partners across various verticals.
- Identify and onboard new partners to support Waseela's operational and strategic goals.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop partnership plans for upcoming districts in line with Waseela's geographic expansion strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and gaps in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to design initiatives that maximize partner engagement and farmer benefits.
- Support the district and regional field officers in identifying, onboarding, and managing local partners.
- Define KPIs to measure the success of partnerships, onboarding criteria, market intelligence initiatives, and feedback systems.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes, field team performance, and resource utilization for review by the Head of Partnerships.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement.
