The primary role of a Trade Lead is to spearhead the growth of assigned accounts and sub-channels, aligning with the company's strategic objectives for designated regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales plans and execution for mandated accounts, ensuring alignment with annual NSV and strategic targets.
- Implementing and monitoring performance metrics for each account plan, taking decisive action to meet or exceed sales revenue goals.
- Driving category development in line with retailer vision, fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier-I B-School with 5-7 years' experience in Key Account Management or Category Management.
- Minimum two years' exposure to either Key Account Management or Category Management, preferably with experience in successfully managing key accounts in FMCG or Consumer Durables/Lifestyle.
- Business acumen, commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to operate outside comfort zones, demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, and prioritize self-development.
