
Sales Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will drive sales objectives and achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships. They will lead a high-performing team through mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
This role involves:
- Driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing leads.
- Blding strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintaining existing client relationships and managing the sales process to close new opportunities.
- Coaching sales teams to apply training in real scenarios.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or Digital Marketing within Internet, Media & Entertainment, and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industries.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
