Business Development Executive
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to implement sales and promotion strategies, achieve targets, and increase market share in relevant markets.
The primary responsibility of this position involves:
- Achieving sales, volume, growth, market share, and listing targets for assigned brands.
- Planning, orchestrating, and executing HCP engagements aligned with multi-channel cycle plans (MCCP) using tailored patient-focused interactions (PFI).
- Reporting customer engagement activities in Veeva Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and leveraging available functionality for enhancing customer interaction and experiences.
- Monitoring and communicating competition activity to managers to reflect market dynamics and potential countermeasures.
- Organizing regular scientific updates (e.g., continued medical education - CME, scientific meetings) for HCP groups in alignment with defined marketing strategies.
- Self-developing on latest medical and clinical knowledge, brand strategy, and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard platforms to challenge the status quo.
- Collaborating with Sales/Marketing on MCCP strategies and tactics and identifying potential new sources of business.
- Complying with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies and code of conduct.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A science graduate degree, preferably in pharmacy.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in VEEVA CRM use and reporting.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Motivation and adaptability, with the ability to collaborate, be accountable, co-create for customers, act, learn fast, and evolve.
