Media Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Media Manager to join our team and amplify our brand's digital presence.

  • Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand aesthetic and resonates with our target audience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
    • Create and curate engaging content that reflects our brand aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.
    • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Manage social media communities and engage with followers.

Digital Marketing & E-commerce:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.
  • Analyze e-commerce data and optimize strategies to increase sales and conversions.
  • Work with retail partners to help drive retail sales.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant streetwear influencers.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to expand our reach.
  • Maintain relationships with retail outlets and online retail partners.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of media campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports on social media engagement, website traffic, and sales data.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in streetwear, fashion, and digital marketing.
  • Identify emerging trends and adapt our media strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital media management, preferably within the streetwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing and visual design, photography, and videography.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a passion for streetwear and a strong understanding of our brand aesthetic.
