About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the Site Support Liaison position. This role requires someone who can ensure seamless task completion and provide expert support to fulfill field requirements as directed by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing vendors at sites and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Carrying out installations, documentation, and ATP of Central region projects in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Providing 24/7 support to meet customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conducting pre-site surveys and offering hands-on experience with 1st and 2nd level support on MSC Level.
