Administration Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office premises, providing exceptional support to our team and stakeholders. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing housekeeping services to maintain a clean and hygienic environment;
  • Managing relationships with government entities such as WASA, LESCO, PTCL in terms of regulatory matters;
  • Processing payments and bills for office expenses;
  • Coordinating site visits and managing vendor relationships;
  • Ensuring office security, monitoring CCTV operations, and implementing safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles or office management;
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Knowledge of office security protocols and vendor management.
