Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Manager position will possess a strong understanding of the Textiles industry, including fabrics constructions, characteristics, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize proposals tailored to project requirements, ensuring seamless client communication and engagement.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, following up via various channels to address any questions or concerns and provide prompt support.
  • Effectively manage customer correspondence and records, utilizing organizational skills to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Negotiate agreement terms and close sales transactions, leveraging proven negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through strategic networking and relationship-building.
Key Qualifications

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 Years of relevant experience in the Textiles industry.

QUALIFICATION: BBA in Marketing Majors or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles and practices.

  • A strong knowledge of textiles and fabric properties, enabling informed decision-making and effective communication with clients.
  • Proven sales, key account management, merchandising, and leadership skills, showcasing expertise in driving business growth and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating clear and concise interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Organizational skills to manage projects and support colleagues, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
