About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Accountant to join our team at ITS Solutionz. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our clients' receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts and transactions.
  • Generate and analyze aging reports to track the status of accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries related to accounts receivable.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
  • Provide support to the finance team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
