Purpose of the Job – Overview

We are looking for a CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our customer relationship management system.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service processes, ensuring smooth CRM operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
  • Implement best practices in CRM data governance to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
