
Customer Experience Manager

We are a leading provider of online Quranic knowledge to students of various ages and backgrounds. The majority of our students hail from English speaking countries.
- Establishing connections with online tutoring prospects and customers
- Organizing virtual classes
- Coordinating learning experiences between students and tutors
- Email marketing initiatives
- Implementing diverse online and offline strategies to increase website traffic and online learning engagements
- Leading teams and ensuring the smooth operation of the Learning Center
The selected candidate will be required to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of international students.
Key Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business related fields
- At least 3-5 years experience in customer service and leadership roles or equivalent education.
- Excellent English communication and written skills.
- Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization, Email marketing, Internet marketing techniques, competition analysis would be beneficial.
