Job Description:

As an onboarding specialist, your goal is to deliver informative training sessions and help new team members navigate their onboarding schedule.

You will specialize in delivering training content, responding to stakeholder requests and leading initiatives to keep the program's curriculum relevant and engaging.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering training to entry to mid-level front-line staff
  • Supporting multiple classes of new team members through their ramp period
  • Coaching new team members on sales strategy and process adherence as they advance through early stages of their experience
  • Conducting exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Sourcing and/or creating enablement content, such as structured slide decks, internal product one-pagers, videos, eLearning experiences, email templates, talking points/scripts, role plays, facilitator guides and sales playbooks
  • Scheduling training sessions
  • Intake facilitator requests and align with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager on launching new onboarding initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site organization
  • 2+ years progressive responsibility in enablement, L&D or training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
  • Experience expanding or working within an onboarding program delivering value to new team members through their ramp period
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and coaching
