Roles and Responsibilities

Onboarding specialists are accountable for delivering informative training sessions, helping new team members navigate their onboarding schedule, and contributing to the growth of the onboarding program.

This lead role reports to the Sales Onboarding Program Manager and specializes in delivering training content to new team members, responding to stakeholder requests, and leading initiatives to keep the program's curriculum relevant and engaging.

Ideally, you've had experience working in or developing an onboarding program that delivered value to new team members from acceptance to hitting their first quota.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training to entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff
  • Support multiple classes of new team members from initial onboarding through ramp period
  • Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence as they advance
  • Conduct exercises and activities enhancing the learning process
  • Create and source enablement content, including slide decks, videos, eLearning experiences, email templates, talking points, role plays, facilitator guides, and sales playbooks
  • Schedule training sessions
  • Align with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager on launching new onboarding initiatives
Experience and Skills
  • 2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization
  • 2+ years progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
  • Experience expanding or working within an onboarding program delivering value to new team members through their ramp period
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Solid knowledge of corporate training techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships promoting a work environment focused on team development and coaching
