Job Title: Talent & People Manager E-Commerce

We are seeking a seasoned Talent & People Manager to spearhead team growth and development. This role encompasses strategic hiring, onboarding, documentation management, and ensuring seamless team operations in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Design comprehensive onboarding processes that integrate new hires effectively.
  • Maintain and organize internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge systems.
  • Support managers with team coordination, scheduling, and communication workflows.
  • Facilitate smooth collaboration across remote teams.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance processes, fostering strong team culture.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in hiring, HR, or people operations.
  • Background in direct response e-commerce or fast-paced online businesses is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills (Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, etc).
  • Experience building and managing onboarding systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • A proactive, structured approach brings clarity and organization to fast-moving environments.
