Central Sales and Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Segment Head Sales & Services to lead our Central team. This key role is responsible for driving daily B2B sales efforts and positioning our brand for business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in the Central Region, leveraging competitive data and demand analysis.
- Promptly prepare operational and financial reports for the sales departments.
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team.
- Cross-sell and joint market initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
- Create engaging sales programs to increase awareness and positive perception of our organization.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive marketing, advertising, sales plans, and annual goals.
- Compile strategic data for monthly reporting and annual goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Master's in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the service industry.
- Prior experience in B2B sales within HR, Banking, software, and insurance industries is a significant advantage.
Demonstrating a dynamic leadership style, excellent communication skills, and astute business acumen are essential for success in this role.
