Job Title: Incentive Programs Manager

Job Description:

The primary role of the Incentive Programs Manager is to develop and execute comprehensive incentive programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance. This involves designing and implementing compensation strategies, recognizing and rewarding employees for their contributions, and fostering a culture of celebration and appreciation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation best practices, as well as experience in policy development, communication, and employee recognition and wellness frameworks. Strong analytical skills, effective articulation abilities, and detail-oriented approach are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience in compensation planning and employee recognition.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines such as HR, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective incentive programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of policy development, communication, and employee recognition and wellness frameworks.
