As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical support operations, ensuring SLA compliance and campaign performance, monitoring agent productivity and reducing shift leakages, forecasting, planning, and allocating resources effectively.

You will also be responsible for coaching and counseling team members to improve performance, managing team stats and reports, and coordinating with clients to ensure policy compliance. Additionally, you will need to ensure proper staffing in each shift.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in contact center operations or a relevant field. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
