About the opportunity

Shared Kitchens vertical at foodpanda Pakistan is one of the most innovative food verticals, where we rent spaces to restaurant partners in various locations to operate delivery-only kitchens. It has been the fastest-growing vertical in the last 2 years, with plans to expand exponentially in 2026-27.

Due to this expansion, we are looking to hire a resource in Karachi responsible for managing Kitchen operations. The primary responsibilities include ensuring optimized food preparation and delivery times, reducing customer complaints, increasing food quality ratings, and driving growth for the vertical.

What you need to be successful

  • 8-10 years of experience in the HORECA industry, ideally in a structured organization with clear SOPs to drive operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
